Felicity Goldsack is a dedicated Project Management Training Consultant and Editor with a strong foundation in content development and editorial management. As a consultant, she plays a key role in creating and refining course materials, particularly for the APM PMQ qualification. Felicity designs learning resources tailored to client needs, ensuring that content is engaging, practical, and aligned with project management best practices.
Her editorial expertise complements her consultancy work, allowing her to oversee both the structural and instructional integrity of the materials she develops.
Felicity leads on Parallel’s material updates, including the 2023 comprehensive update and the renewed APM PMQ materials. Felicity also assists generating bespoke course and materials development for some of our clients and has undertaken a secondment with the National Trust. She also delivers PFQ course training and regularly contributes articles on project management principles to our blog.
